Nha Trang, capital of Khanh Hoa province, is Vietnam’s most famous seaside resort-town and its most prominent scuba diving destination. Nha Trang is also known for the best weather in Vietnam. Before becoming Vietnamese Nha Trang was part of the Cham Empire. It was a small fishing village until the 19th century when it was recognized that its beauty would make it an ideal bathing spot.
